    The purpose of this event is to enjoy the snow.Please be aware that there is NO snow removal equipment such as tents or tarps, and no heating equipment other than bonfires at the venue.
    Therefore all visitors are advised to take appropriate precautions to stay warm in the cold condition (winter clothing, hats, boots, ect...)

Please enjoy the ice sculptures created by a former world ice sculpture champion who works at Sapporo Park Hotel and an award winner in the ice sculpture contest at Susukino Ice World 2024.

Charcoal grilled yakiniku corner in the snow, presented by Japan BBQ College Hokkaido Sapporo Campus.

● From 11 a.m. *Please note that the event will end as soon as it gets dark.

We have prepared a corner where you can grill mochi on a wire rack.
You can eat the grilled mochi as sweet red bean soup.

BBQ professor and BBQ chef.
Official advisor for outdoor brand "Coleman".
Tourism ambassador for Shiraoi Town. Resides in Sapporo. Originally from Osaka.
Has been involved in the distribution of Hokkaido livestock and agricultural products for over 25 years, promoting the appeal of Hokkaido ingredients to the world through BBQ.
